Give every specialist the stage they earn

Kickers, punters, and combos decide games, yet they are the last players recruiting media talks about. Our mission is to change that: honest evaluations, transparent rankings, and real pathways to college for the athletes who live at the bottom of the depth chart graphic and the top of the box score.

Arecruiting world where specialists are scouted, ranked, and celebrated with the same rigor as any other position, where no leg goes undiscovered because of geography or connections, and every made kick shows up somewhere it counts.

Specialists train alone, in the dark, in the offseason. We exist so that work lands somewhere real: in a rating, on a board, in front of a college coach who has an open scholarship and no idea your name exists yet. That is the whole job.

Our Story

From the Field Up

KT Recruiting was founded by Jaime Medina, a former college specialist and coach who has lived every side of this position: the tryout, the depth chart battle, the film sessions, and the recruiting silence that too many talented legs kick into.

After years of training and coaching specialists, Jaime kept seeing the same story. Kids with real, measurable talent had nowhere to prove it. General recruiting platforms buried them, star systems ignored them, and college coaches had no reliable way to separate hype from charted results. So he built the platform he wished existed: one that truly represents specialist talent, rewards the hard work, and connects athletes with real opportunities.
