Vince Santucci

Vince Santucci possesses one of the most explosive kickoff legs in the 2027 recruiting class. His natural leg strength jumps off the film, allowing him to generate outstanding depth while producing effortless power through the football. As a placekicker, Santucci is extremely accurate and strikes one of the cleaner footballs in the class. During his junior season, he converted 3-of-4 field goals, including a long of 39 yards, while spending part of the season splitting opportunities with another Division I prospect. His limited number of attempts shouldn’t overshadow the efficiency he displayed when called upon. On kickoffs, Santucci recorded 12 touchbacks on 19 kickoffs, including a 74-yard long, demonstrating the type of leg talent that translates well to the collegiate level. His combination of power and clean ball striking gives him tremendous upside as he continues to develop. With a full season ahead as the primary kicker, he’ll have the opportunity to showcase his complete skill set on a much larger stage. His preferred walk-on status should not be mistaken for a lack of talent—we believe he had the ability to earn scholarship opportunities at several Group of Five programs. Instead, he chose the path that gave him the best opportunity to compete early in his collegiate career. His leg strength is among the best in the class, particularly on kickoffs, and his accuracy as a placekicker continues to improve every season. Coupled with his 4.72 GPA, Santucci brings the complete package both on and off the field. We believe Santucci has a legitimate chance to climb significantly in the national rankings with a strong senior season. Now that he’ll have the opportunity to handle the full workload, expect his production and exposure to increase. Don’t be surprised if he finishes his high school career recognized as one of the top kicking prospects in the West.
